Kansoki products are handcrafted premium solid wood. Built to sit quietly on the desk and to last a long time.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Every order ships from our workshop in Jodhpur within 2–3 business days from date of order with complimentary shipping across India on orders above ₹999
We'll keep you updated at every step, from the workshop to your door.
Does the product have a warranty?
Every Kansoki piece carries a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a seven-day return window.
What if it arrives damaged, or I don't like it?
If it arrives damaged: Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send you a replacement, at no cost to you.
If it isn't right for you: You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. We'll arrange the pickup.
